We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Services Educator to join our team at St Luke's Outside School Hours Care in Capalaba. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of primary school-aged children through engaging activities that promote their well-being and learning.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that fosters the growth and confidence of our young students. You will work closely with colleagues to design and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.

This is a permanent, part-time position of approximately 12 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to balance your professional and personal life. We value flexibility and are open to discussing arrangements that suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with children to develop and implement engaging activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity among children and staff members.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to ensure excellent outcomes for children and families.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in children's services.
- Develop strong relationships within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's philosophy and values.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
  • A Certificate III in Children's Services (or higher), approved by ACECQA.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with access to benefits such as uniform allowances, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
