We are seeking a highly skilled Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hand moulding and mixing, with the ability to maintain exceptional product standards.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and baking of traditional European and artisan breads, as well as creating exquisite pastries and other baked goods.

Requirements:

  • Possess a love of baking
  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have 2+ years' experience as a Qualified Baker
  • Be willing to learn and excel in your profession
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
  • Have some knowledge of HACCP quality systems and be quality focused
  • Ideally have experience machine operating
