We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Centre Manager to join our team. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Store Consultants and driving centre performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
  2. Sales and KPI Target Achievement
  3. Team Leadership and Coaching
  4. Operational Excellence
  5. Safety Culture and Compliance
  6. Customer Complaint Resolution
  7. Monthly Financial Analysis and Reporting
  8. Centre Presentation and Maintenance

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a management or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. A proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs is also essential.
