Storage Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to fill this Storage Expert position. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with us.

The Position Overview

  • Support customers in making the best storage choice for their needs by providing expert advice and guidance
  • Conduct centre tours and walk throughs to showcase our facilities, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Maintain a safe and secure centre by following workplace health and safety procedures, promoting a positive work environment
  • Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory management, and claims processing

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Motivated, proactive, and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Customer service experience in a sales environment (preferably in storage or related industry)
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously, with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business, taking on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between locations
