Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough review of the organization's current Learning & Development needs and existing supports, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations for implementation.
  • Develop and implement a long-term Learning & Development strategy, in collaboration with the global people partnering team, talent and workforce planning functions, and the ANZ training team.
  • Design and implement an effective Learning & Development operating model, including governance frameworks, team structures, and organizational budgets.
  • Oversee the centralization of mandatory training ownership and governance, implementing group-wide mandatory training frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive review of current Learning & Development systems, recommending and overseeing the implementation of necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Hold quality and authentic conversations, providing relevant and timely feedback, and focus on the development of our people to build capability.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a Learning & Development leadership role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Learning & Development policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Direct experience managing learning management systems and other Learning & Development processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions in complex environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to create and execute comprehensive roadmaps.
