About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trading Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Trading Systems team, you will design, implement, and deliver complex software systems that meet the business needs of our traders.

You will work closely with our traders and technologists to develop and enhance our trading applications, providing innovative and scalable solutions with a focus on high frequency and low latency automated trading.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering complex software systems that meet the business needs of our traders
  • Designing and implementing trading applications that meet the demands of high-frequency and low-latency automated trading
  • Collaborating with our traders and technologists to ensure the successful deployment of trading applications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience designing and developing applications using modern C++ on Linux, as well as proficiency in Python
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a thorough understanding of full life-cycle development and performance optimization/latency reduction methodologies
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex applications that meet demanding performance and scalability goals

We offer a highly competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus a bonus structure that rewards your success. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
