About the Role:
  • Setting an example of excellent service and supporting the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Developing and coaching the team on best practices
  • Assisting with training and induction of new team members
  • Maintaining high standards of merchandising
  • Coordinating inventory and stock levels

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in developing others. They will be approachable and confident when interacting with customers and have a willingness to learn about new products.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a collaborative team player who is passionate about customer service. You will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

Working Arrangements:

This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability. You will be required to work a variety of shifts during the week, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to work in a dynamic environment.
