Store Operations Lead

The role of a Duty Manager is pivotal in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for managing daily store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are unavailable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage store operations effectively to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Lead team members and support staff in achieving business objectives
- Develop and implement plans to drive sales and meet KPIs
- Maintain high standards and contribute to driving the business forward

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in retail management. The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Requirements
