About The Project

This is a mixed-use commercial project in Ringwood, consisting of a basement and four levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction program and ensuring key milestones are met.

They will supervise all onsite activity and ensure all safety standards are adhered to.

A collaborative approach with design consultants and the Project Manager will be required to resolve any design or constructability issues.

Leading a team consisting of a Foreman, Leading Hand, and OH&S labourer is an essential aspect of this role.

About You
  • To be considered for this position, you will ideally have new build commercial experience and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • You will ideally have delivered a project from start to finish and possess experience working with tower cranes.
