We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Venue Operations Manager to join our team

About the Role

The Venue Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and shift management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee bar, room service, events, and rooftop operations to maintain efficiency and service standards.
  • Plan, set up, execute, and follow up on event and bar functions in collaboration with the Events Manager.
  • Design and deliver training to team members on products, menus, wine lists, and service standards.
  • Handle recruitment, interviewing, HR administration, and onboarding for team members.
  • Develop and communicate food and beverage operation standards and procedures effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role in food & beverage.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and deep F&B knowledge.
  • Ability to drive customer service programs and achieve results.
  • Inspirational leadership and team support qualities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
  • Absorbency for POS, Bepoz, and Micros systems.
