About the Role:

The Senior Cloud Architect will lead the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions aligned to the enterprise's blueprints and roadmaps. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and orchestrate cloud architecture activities and deliverables to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Ensure cloud solutions are aligned with enterprise-wide blueprints and roadmaps, delivering a cost-effective target business state and optimised business value delivery.
  • Manage the architectural impacts of business change on cloud infrastructure.
  • Recommend solutions that improve cost-effectiveness and flexibility of the cloud portfolio.
  • Provide thought leadership on cloud architecture, fostering an environment of continuous improvement within IT.

Be Effective in Your Career:

You will have prior experience with setting collaboration frameworks, creating cloud solution prototypes, and leading technical teams. Additionally, you will have some of the following skills:

  • Tertiary education in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience in the field.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful cloud architectures in large-scale environments.
  • Experience with modern cloud architecture & data platforms (AWS, Databricks, etc).
  • Architecture experience in financial and/or energy markets.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving ability.
  • Solid presentation development and delivery skills with the ability to communicate with various technical & non-technical stakeholders.
