Structural/Civil Engineering Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Structural/Civil Engineer to lead our engineering team, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

This is a key leadership position that will develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for mining infrastructure, including process plant foundations, structures, and NPI buildings.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering projects with optimal quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage structural and civil engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Provide technical input and collaboration with downstream project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols during construction activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in structural design and management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in structural engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
