About the Role

This role offers a unique blend of customer-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities. You will be responsible for delivering personalized service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and promoting a culture of excellence within our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with flair and professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the champagne bar and service areas.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Upsell items and promote additional services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our micros system.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring seamless transitions between services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Previous cocktail/bar experience, with good wine knowledge and mixology expertise.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
