About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team and contribute to the development of the mental health workforce.
This role will see you work closely with other members of the Learning & Teaching Directorate and with staff across the mental health program to provide guidance and clinical skill development.
Your key responsibilities will include providing direct clinical support and instruction to graduate nurses, early career nursing staff, and students, focusing on local and organisational priorities.
You will be responsible for developing the foundational specialty knowledge required to deliver high quality mental health nurse care to consumers.

- Experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Solid understanding of mental health principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to mentor and guide others
