Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical end users on AlayaCare, MediMap, and Pixalere.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality user guides and digital platform content.
  • Test and document software upgrades and enhancements based on agreed specifications.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues and support requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in systems training, particularly in the clinical sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care/Health Care sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • A satisfactory National Criminal Police Record Check is required prior to commencement.
  • Working With Children Check (VIC) or Registration to work with Vulnerable People (TAS).
  • Annual Flu vaccination/Covid requirement.

The role involves first and second-level support to system users, focusing on review and follow-up of system issues to ensure business continuity and compliance. Close collaboration with the Applications Lead and Subject Matter Experts is essential for delivering clear, concise, and high-quality end-user documentation and training materials.
