Clough is seeking a skilled Materials Supervisor to join our Woodman Point Project team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively supervising and completing nominated material management tasks within the project, with a focus on quality and safety, ensuring activities are on schedule and within budget.

About the Role

  • Coordination of project warehousing, site services activities, materials laydowns, and logistics activity with particular emphasis on management of warehousing and warehouse storage areas, including receipt, inspection, and dispatch of materials and equipment from site.
  • Maintenance of materials tracking records within Inventory systems for materials and consumables, associated logistics movement, and storage location.
  • Overall area supervision of site services team, including materials, equipment, and subcontractors (when requested), implementing developed work methods and ensuring required quality standards are met safely and within environmental constraints.
  • Management of the project's material management system.
  • Creation of Purchase Requisitions on the project's procurement system.
  • Ensuring all incidents and injuries are reported and addressed quickly, facilitating Pre-Start, Toolbox, and JSA meetings, and participating in and promoting the Safety Management Plan and the Environmental Management Plan.
  • Directing day-to-day communication with other supervisors and leading hands, ensuring all crew members' timesheets are completed promptly, implementing pre-start/toolbox meetings, and JSA inductions, and counseling crew members on behavior and performance.
