We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Gaming Attendant to join the Pegasus Leisure Group team at Mordialloc. As the face of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and supporting the team to uphold compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintain the gaming room to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
