We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team at Pegasus Leisure Group in Mordialloc.

About the Role:

As a Gaming Attendant, you will be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and supporting the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
