Deals | Transaction Services | Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced transaction advisory professional to lead due diligence and advisory projects. This role requires strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to provide high-quality financial insights to clients.
The successful candidate will have a background in transaction services, assurance services, corporate finance or valuations, and proficiency in using digital tools and emerging technologies in financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide well-articulated analytical and commercial insights, produce high quality financial due diligence deliverables/reports and on-the-job support on transactions.
- Collaborate with senior team members and mentor juniors through training, coaching and feedback to deliver high-quality client services while developing your own expertise.
- Achieve greater efficiency by adopting emerging technologies into the way you work, using innovative tools including AI.
- A team player with a positive attitude to challenges who can work under pressure across multiple engagements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders and team members.
- Able to analyse complex financial information and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to develop lasting internal and client relationships.
- Professional accounting qualifications and/or degree in commerce/finance, CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar.
