Project Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive project and contract management for a live program, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and deliver outcomes in line with our Project Management Framework.
Candidates must have valid Australian work authorisation or be eligible to work in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects while responding to changing priorities.
- Develop project plans for activities involving numerous components and/or groups of people.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Program and Project Management Framework, including establishment of specific Project Management Plans and relevant registers and documentations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide sound advice, reports, and briefings to senior management.
- Work independently and as part of a team, identifying performance outcomes, planning and coordinating activities, setting priorities, achieving objectives within deadlines, and making timely and well-informed decisions.
- 10+ years of industry experience in marine and/or transport infrastructure project delivery and contract management.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (engineering, construction management, or similar).
- Proven leadership of high-risk, complex projects ≥ $50m.
- Track record leading multi-disciplinary teams to measurable outcomes.
- Commercial acumen with demonstrated negotiation across complex stakeholder environments.
- Mentoring mindset that supports junior staff's succession planning.
- Experience with design and certification of bridges and/or marine infrastructure.
