Job Opportunity: Tax Training Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Training Leader to oversee the development, delivery and continuous improvement of technical training programs for our Tax team nationally.

This is an ideal role for an individual with experience in a Chartered Accounting firm and expertise in creating engaging training content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and produce high-quality technical training materials both internally and for clients to establish our firm as a tax industry leader.
  • Oversee and participate in the creation, delivery and continuous optimisation of technical training to our Tax team nationally.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy that enhances the knowledge and skills of our Tax professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Chartered Accounting firm.
  • Strong skills in creating engaging and effective training programs.
