Lead Retail Store Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in our retail store. As the Lead Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

  • Create daily schedules to ensure optimal store coverage during peak periods.
  • Mentor and develop your team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with your team to process online orders and execute in-store promotions.
  • Manage inventory levels through regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Implement visually appealing store displays and maintain high merchandising standards.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to prepare them for future career opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a retail setting.
  • Able to build and lead a high-performing team in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Educate employees on key aspects of our products.
  • Develop, inspire, and mentor others.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
