About the Role
We are seeking Professional Indigenous Assessment Specialists to join our team at Onpoint 365. As a leading provider of government services, we are committed to delivering high-quality assessments that meet the needs of our clients.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments of various types, providing detailed and constructive feedback to clients or stakeholders based on assessment findings. They will also be required to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in all assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations based on assessment outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams or clients to clarify assessment criteria or process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong understanding of the impact of colonization and forced removals on Indigenous social and emotional well-being.
- High-level cultural capability, including the ability to develop an understanding of the cultural context and its impacts.
- Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain it.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a significant understanding of the context in which historical records were created.
- Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive case management records.
