We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team at Sheridan Moore Park Outlet.

This is a part-time role, requiring the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times. The role is rostered across Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Weekends, with a 32.5 hour/week commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers
  • Sell premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions
  • Ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards
  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration
