Site Build Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee volume residential builds in Australia.
About the Role- Oversight of multiple detached housing projects from site cut through to handover.
- Coordination of trades, suppliers, and site teams to meet key milestones.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
- Effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated experience in volume residential construction.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is required.
- NBWS Supervisor Licence is also required or willingness to obtain.
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and time management skills.
- White Card and valid Driver's Licence are essential.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is necessary.
