Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate asset conditions.
  • Develop remediation scopes for integrity improvements.
  • Provide strategic advice on integrity management for critical infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively with the existing engineering team to fill knowledge gaps.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and operational requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with long-term objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in structural engineering, particularly in marine and port infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience in asset management, bulk material handling, and civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and remediation strategies.
  • Prior experience working on-site in an operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage the integrity of large-scale assets.
  • FIFO flexibility within Queensland or NSW (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
