As the Global Mobility Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping our people grow their careers and bring their international aspirations to life. You will facilitate seamless transitions and enriching experiences for employees seeking international opportunities into and out of Australia.
You will work closely with business leaders and assignees across all levels, planning, coordinating, and managing global mobility assignments to ensure successful delivery of both operational business objectives and personal growth outcomes. You will contribute to a positive employee experience, providing guidance on all matters related to global mobility.

About You:
- Previous experience in a P&C, Global Mobility or Australian Immigration role in a global or complex organisation
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian Immigration and Tax Legislation
- Good level of skill and experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate a strong service orientation, delivering exceptional customer service to internal business stakeholders and employees
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to gain trust and confidence as an advisor
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive process improvement and service delivery mindset and logical approach to problem solving
