Job Title: Consultant - Global Mobility Services Compliance

We are seeking a highly motivated Consultant to join our Delivery & Data Excellence (DDX) team, responsible for delivering value-add services to clients through technical tax compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage individual income tax obligations and regulatory tax compliance for internationally mobile workforces
  • Leverage data delivery tools and technology to provide value and deliver tax returns in an accurate and timely manner
  • Innovate and support continuous improvement initiatives in compliance and processing-based activities
  • Assist in the management of a portfolio of multinational clients
  • Ensure tax compliance deliverables are technically accurate and prepared to a high standard on a timely basis
Requirements:
  • Experience in personal income tax return compliance is highly desirable
  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates will be highly regarded, but is not essential
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills and the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams
  • An honest and ethical approach to business
  • A willingness to learn and thrive in a fun and inclusive environment
