**Job Summary**

At ibis budget Melbourne Airport, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our hotel rooms and public areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to our high standards for guest arrivals
  • Ensure towels and linen are refilled, replaced, and stored correctly
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any major maintenance requirements
  • Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes and maintain safe work practices
  • Ensure high standards of property presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a drive to provide total customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for hospitality
  • Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
