P&C Advisor: Strategic Talent Partner


About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in delivering strategic and operational HR support across the business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide generalist HR advice on performance management, onboarding, retention, and career development.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations cases including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support the implementation of operational people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with recruitment to advise on remuneration, selection, and placement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
  • Facilitate leadership capability development and coach leaders through people-related matters.
  • Contribute to change and culture initiatives that support organisational outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications or a diploma in HR or a related field (desired).
  • Proven experience in a generalist People and Culture role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, Fair Work Act, and NES.
  • Skilled in managing complex employee cases and coaching leaders through resolution.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and inclusive approach.
