Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Supporting educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
  • Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
