Job Opportunity: Site Manager

A challenging and rewarding leadership role is available for an experienced professional to lead a team of Grain Handlers.

This is a hands-on leadership position that offers variety, autonomy, and strong connections to the local community and agricultural heritage. The successful candidate will have experience in plant operations, ideally in the grain industry, and possess skills such as supervising workgroups, working flexible hours, and having basic IT literacy.

About the Role:

The key responsibilities of this position include coordinating day-to-day activities of the team, coaching and supporting development of team members, developing and maintaining close relationships with local growers, customers, and the community, and managing programs and initiatives related to safety and risk management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
