We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Alice Fashion. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and Inventory Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Customer Service and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Financial Management: Forecast sales, track key account metrics, and prepare reports for management.
- Stock Control and Range Management: Conduct regular stock takes, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Promotions and Advertising: Develop and implement in-store promotions, maintain awareness of product offerings, and ensure effective merchandising.
- Staff Management and Health and Safety: Train and oversee sales attendants, ensure a safe and healthy work environment, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a strong understanding of POS operating systems, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Qualifications: Formal qualifications in retail management or a related field are highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Work Rights: Must have the right to work in Australia.
