Job Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Specialist to fill a key position in our business.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation and insolvency, with exceptional technical, analytical, communication, and research skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on commercial litigation and insolvency matters to clients
  • Briefing and instructing counsel on relevant cases
  • Preparing complex court documents and providing strategic guidance to clients
  • Representing clients in the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal
