Insolvency Litigation Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercial litigation lawyer to join as an Associate and/or Senior Associate level.
You will work closely with leading lawyers, recently recognized in Legal 500.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent clients in High Court proceedings
- Act in large restructuring/insolvency matters
You will be working on high-profile matters, including acting for Directors & Officers, individual Plaintiffs, and insolvency practitioners in litigation preference claims, voluntary administrations, members, and creditors voluntary winding-ups.
You will also have the opportunity to appear in various courts, including the High, Federal, Supreme, and District Courts, for hearings, and instruct Junior and Senior counsel at directions, interlocutory (ex parte), and final hearings.
The role involves providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in complex commercial disputes, with a focus on insolvency and restructuring matters.
You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced lawyers to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
