Are you a visionary leader ready to drive business transformation through innovative solution delivery? We're seeking an experienced Solution Delivery Lead to join our forward-thinking, agile delivery team.

This role offers the perfect blend of technical understanding, business analysis skills, and leadership in agile delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading agile delivery across concurrent platforms and initiatives, facilitating sprint planning, showcases, and iterative releases.

You will work closely with technical leads, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure best-practice delivery, strong governance, and stakeholder engagement. Your experience in business analysis, testing, and stakeholder management will be essential in driving high-quality results.

About This Role
  • Lead agile delivery across multiple projects and teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet business needs
  • Manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of cyber security, data governance, and privacy principles. Exposure to cloud and enterprise systems such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, .NET, Java is also highly desirable.
