Business Case Development and Appraisal Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in business case development and appraisal to join our team.

  • Delivering advisory services including business case development, project assurance and appraisal, strategic advice, feasibility advice and infrastructure prioritisation.
  • Developing reports and presentations to communicate findings to a range of stakeholders, including government and private clients in various sectors.
  • Leading and managing projects to ensure timely delivery, within scope and budget, with sound and reliable outcomes.
  • Conducting proposals and other business development activities to support the Infrastructure Advisory team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong technical background in advising government clients on business cases, project assurance, and evaluation, particularly in transport engineering or planning.
  • Proven ability to develop business cases and navigate WA and Federal government funding processes and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with a focus on client relationship building and successful project delivery.
