Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and instruct patrons in and around the swimming facilities, ensuring a secure aquatic environment for all users. This role involves minimizing risks and hazards associated with the pool area to prevent injuries or drowning incidents.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise pool activities and enforce safety regulations
• Provide First Aid and CPR as necessary
• Maintain a thorough understanding of aquatic procedures and policies
• Ensure the highest standards of public safety are upheld
• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

Qualifications and Skills
• Proven expertise in First Aid and CPR
• Comprehensive knowledge of aquatic safety protocols
• Previous experience in a leisure or aquatic center, ideally as a Lifeguard
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
