Job Title: Food & Beverage Attendant - Goldfinch / Conference & Events

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Goldfinch Restaurant and Bar in Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Assist guests with special dietary needs or preferences, providing suitable recommendations and assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to create a welcoming and efficient service environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current RSA Certificate.
