About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Food and Beverage Attendants. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, working closely with our Food and Beverage Supervisors to ensure that all guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 5-star customer service to guests
- Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
- Work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver food and drinks in an efficient and confident manner
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage/Bar attending in a 5-star hotel environment
- Be organized and have an eye for detail
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in bartending is desirable
- Must have RSA Certificate
- Must have Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006)
- Must have legal rights to work in Australia
