About the Role

This is a local-based portfolio management position with a focus on residential apartments development. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 190 properties, effectively liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring timely rental arrears management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 190 properties, ensuring timely rent collection and lease renewals
  • Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Conduct regular rent and lease reviews to ensure optimal revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Leasing Consultant and Administrator to ensure seamless support
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the company's growth and success
Requirements
  • Previous property management experience, preferably in residential apartments development
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car and valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and motivate others
