As a key member of our team, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to HANZ's business within the Holcim risk appetite. This includes advising on a wide range of legal issues across construction, transport, mergers and acquisitions, competition, property, planning, commercial and corporate, procurement, safety, environmental, and insurance areas.

The role involves identifying, communicating, and escalating significant legal risks, recommending solutions to proactively address and minimize risks. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and other functions to ensure the best results are achieved.

We are seeking a skilled lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws degree, a current Practising Certificate issued by the NSW Law Society, and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including in-house and from a law firm. Preferred candidates will have industrial, manufacturing, or construction experience.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on various matters.
