We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Illawarra region. As a Speech Pathologist at Northcott, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients across the lifespan, primarily through NDIS funding.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy services across a range of settings, including onsite, home-based, pre-school/school-based, and in-community.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy services to clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Participate in peer supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
