About the Role
  • We're looking for someone who can respond to customer inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, resolving where applicable or directing to other departments.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze merchants' payments-related issues, assist with disputes, and provide sustainable solutions.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of functionalities for all equipment & systems used by our team is essential.
  • You will work directly with merchants, sales agents, operational departments, and vendors to handle challenging and complex merchant processing questions and concerns.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft productivity tools and Salesforce, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience working with payment processors, merchant services providers, or similar positions is required.
  • You should be skilled in customer service and technical support.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and objectively with a commitment to delivering results is crucial.
