About Operational Risk Management

The Job:

  • Support the delivery of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), including Risk and Control Self-Inspection (RCSA), Issue Management, Incident Management, Controls Assurance (CA), and associated internal and regulatory reporting.
  • Provide support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and wider Risk Management team in delivering the risk management framework to the Oceania branch.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and mitigate risks to ensure processes meet applicable risk management standards and/or prudential guidelines.
  • Implement adequate internal controls to comply with regulations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have experience in risk management and be familiar with relevant frameworks and regulations.
