Project Coordination Role

This opportunity requires a skilled project coordinator to manage multiple small to complex projects, overseeing scope definition, timelines, quality assurance and financial control.

The successful candidate will have experience in project or construction management, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver refurbishment and major plant replacement projects
  • Oversee all phases of project delivery including cost planning and forecasting, program scheduling and contractor engagement
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in project or construction management (fit out/refurbishment highly desired) or recent graduates in relevant studies will be highly considered
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and the Office Suite
