Part Time Bookkeeping Position

We are seeking a proficient and organized bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing several clients' financial records, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and preparation of IAS returns.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and effective communication skills. You will also need to be highly organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. A minimum of 1 year's experience in MYOB, Xero, and/or QuickBooks is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple clients' financial records, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing.
- Prepare and lodge BAS statements and IAS returns.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Assist with month-end reporting and provide accurate and timely financial information.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in MYOB, Xero, and/or QuickBooks.
- Cert IV in Financial Bookkeeping or software certification an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills and effective communication skills.
- Highly organized and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines.
Salary negotiable based on skills and experience.
A valid National Police Check is required before commencement.
