About the Role

We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly).
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll, calculation of BAS and tax payments.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Xero, and Employment Hero.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
