Programme Coordinator Role

We are seeking an organised and communicative Programme Coordinator to oversee the delivery of tutoring programmes in partner schools across a city. This is an exciting opportunity to develop experience in the education sector and contribute to making a positive impact on young people's lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, organisation, and quality assurance processes; working closely with schools, pupils, and volunteer tutors; and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

This role would suit someone who is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion; promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children; and having experience of working with young people or project management.

Key duties include:

  1. Delivering tutoring programmes in partner schools.
  2. Managing key stakeholders, attending weekly sessions, and reviewing programme delivery.
  3. Overseeing tutoring quality, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteers.
  4. Developing relationships with school staff, contributing to impact reporting, and maintaining timely communication.

A strong aptitude for developing relationships and a passion for education make this a fulfilling role.
