Job Title: Rehabilitation State Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our Northern Territory Injury Management and Rehabilitation division in Darwin.

The Role
  • Manage a team focusing on the development of a successful and expanding group.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of rehabilitation services, ensuring timely, value-laden, and customer-focused results.
  • Drive operational performance, including customer outcomes, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our Workers Compensation insurer and agents.
About You
  • Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred).
  • People management experience (2 years preferred).
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong, current Workers Compensation knowledge.
  • Commitment to driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage operational and financial requirements of a growing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
